Ginger-garlic Baked Fish

Ingredients:
1. Medium fishes preferably sea bass
2. 1 tbl spoon frsh ginger garlic paste
3. A bunch of sping onions
4. 2 medium sized potatoes (optional)

Instructions:
★Marinate fish with ginger garlic paste for 30 min the fridge
★Add a few cabbage or iceberg lettuce sheets at the bottom of the baking tray
★Cut spring onions and potato to make a bed for the fish
★Add fish and put in the oven on very high heat. Sprinkle with sea salt.
★Bake for around 30 min or until done.
